The KW Associate Leadership Council (ALC) is a group of top-performing Keller Williams (KW) agents who lead and represent their respective market center communities. The ALC plays a crucial role in the success of KW offices by providing leadership, guidance, and support to agents, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring that KW’s core values are upheld. The ALC also works closely with the leadership team to make important decisions and implement strategies to grow the business and enhance the agent experience.

What are the ALC Communities?

Social and Culture Committee

The Social Committee is made up of volunteer agents who are responsible for organizing and executing a variety of events and activities throughout the year, such as holiday parties, charity events, team-building exercises, and more. The goal of the Social Committee is to foster a sense of community and camaraderie within the office and to create opportunities for agents and staff to connect and build relationships outside of their work responsibilities. The Social Committee also helps to promote KW's culture of giving back by organizing volunteer events and charitable initiatives. By creating a fun and engaging office environment, the Social Committee helps to improve morale, boost productivity, and attract and retain top talent within Keller Williams.

Education and Technology Commitee

The KW Associate Leadership Council (ALC) Education and Technology Committee is a subgroup of the ALC that focuses on providing Keller Williams agents with the education and technology resources they need to succeed in the real estate industry.The Education and Technology Committee is responsible for developing and implementing training programs, seminars, and workshops that help agents improve their skills, stay up-to-date on industry trends, and leverage technology to grow their businesses. By promoting education and technology adoption, the Education and Technology Committee helps to empower agents to succeed in a constantly evolving real estate market.

The committee also works closely with agents to help them understand KW's profit sharing system and to ensure that they are taking advantage of all available opportunities to increase their earnings. The KW Associate Leadership Council (ALC) Growth Committee is a subgroup of the ALC that focuses on driving growth and productivity within the office. The committee is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and initiatives that will help agents increase their production, improve their skills, and expand their businesses. . The Growth Committee also works closely with KW's leadership team to ensure that agents have access to the tools, resources, and support they need to achieve their goals. By driving growth and productivity within the office, the Growth Committee helps to strengthen KW's position as a leader in the real estate industry and to create opportunities for agents to build successful and fulfilling careers.

Commercial Commitee

The KW Associate Leadership Council (ALC) Commercial Committee is a subgroup of the ALC that focuses specifically on the commercial real estate segment of Keller Williams. The committee also provides education and training opportunities for commercial agents and serves as a resource for any questions or concerns they may have. Additionally, the ALC Commercial Committee works closely with the KW Commercial team to provide feedback and insights that will help improve KW's commercial real estate offerings and services.
