DISC and KPA Assessment
Keller Williams is a real estate franchise company that provides various services to its agents, including training, coaching, and technology tools. One of the key components of their approach to training and coaching is their use of the Keller Williams DISC assessment and the Keller Personality Assessment (KPA).
The DISC assessment is a tool that measures an individual’s behavioral style and preferences. It looks at four key dimensions: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. The results of the assessment can help individuals better understand their communication style, how they approach tasks, and how they interact with others. By understanding these factors, individuals can learn to adapt their behavior and communication to better work with others, ultimately leading to more effective collaboration and success.
The KPA, on the other hand, is a tool that measures an individual’s core personality traits. It looks at seven key factors: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Compliance, Openness, Conscientiousness, and Neuroticism. By understanding these factors, individuals can gain insights into their motivations, strengths, and areas for development. This information can be used to improve their personal and professional lives, as well as to build stronger relationships with others.
Together, the DISC assessment and KPA provide a powerful toolset for individuals and teams looking to improve their performance and achieve their goals. By using these assessments, Keller Williams agents can gain a deeper understanding of themselves and others, leading to better collaboration, stronger relationships, and ultimately, greater success.
