The Social Committee is made up of volunteer agents who are responsible for organizing and executing a variety of events and activities throughout the year, such as holiday parties, charity events, team-building exercises, and more. The goal of the Social Committee is to foster a sense of community and camaraderie within the office and to create opportunities for agents and staff to connect and build relationships outside of their work responsibilities. The Social Committee also helps to promote KW’s culture of giving back by organizing volunteer events and charitable initiatives. By creating a fun and engaging office environment, the Social Committee helps to improve morale, boost productivity, and attract and retain top talent within Keller Williams.
